Alcinda António de Abreu (born 1953) is a Mozambican politician. She was Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mozambique from 2005 to 2008 and subsequently served as Minister of the Environment. ==Life and career== Abreu was active in the Mozambique Youth Association and served as its Deputy Secretary-General in the late 1970s and early 1980s. She was Minister of Social Welfare from 1994 to 1997. Abreu was appointed by FRELIMO as a member of the National Elections Commissions (CNEs) responsible for organizing the 1998 municipal elections and the 1999 general election.
